Download Express Patch

I'm trying to download the Codegear Express Patch. No luck. Anybody know how to access this download?

I log in off the support page and I get the message, "The topic or post you requested does not exist".

Any help would be appreciated.

That link as been removed from forum.

It was realated to a download that actually is not supported anymore.
