gray.avi file not animating

hi i m using IA studio 2012 version

i have applied titanium theme on dialogs but when i edit something on progress dialog the .avi file gray.avi is not animating at runtime , i just change the caption of one label on dialog and not change anything in the animate control ,but after edit caption name, .avi is not working. The gray.avi is still in place, but it's not visible in design mode and displayed as a non-moving picture during runtime.
I've tried to edit the dfm.baggage-files as it was mentioned in another thread, but it does not change anything.
When I delete the filename gray.avi and try to re-enter it afterwards, I get the error message 'Invalid property value'.
The gray.avi is included in the support files.

please help , its urgent i m on the last phase to launch my project and facing this weird problem. i had searched many thread but not find and proper solution.

Dear Shilpa,

open the dialog in your project folder with the InstallAware User Interface Editor tool instead from IA IDE.

Follow the steps described with the topic :http://www.installaware.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4777
Set the Animation "Active" control property as TRUE, just after you entered the avi file name in FileName control property (do not use spaces in name).
