InstallAware

Hi guys,

We have a multi-part 7zip archive that we need to extract during install.
(The file names are VS2010ISO.7z.001, VS2010ISO.7z.002 and VS2010ISO.7z.003)

In InstallAware 18, we simply called "Extract 7ip Archive" and passed the first part of the archive (VS2010ISO.7z.001) and the full archive got extracted successfully.

In InstallAware X2 Extract 7zip Archive returns #1003 and it fails to extract the archive.

I tried replacing optimized compression engine with the full compression engine (replacing \InstallAware X2\interop\mia.lib with InstallAware X2\mia.lib) but it did not help.

Can you please advise how we can extract multi-part 7zip archives in InstallAware X2?

currectly I can only confirm that I have been able to replicate the same but unfortunately, it seems that doesn't exist a possible workaround in this case.

I'll log a note about the issue to our development team.
