Borderless Dialog

How to change the dialog to borderless dialog with the system menu on top right (Minimise and X) still intact, I need to wrap the whole dialog with our own background image but there are areas on the dialog like the system bar I cannot cover. Please see the example for your reference. TQ

Dear Ramu2020,
the system meu controls are part of the Window Title bar and a borderless dialog doesn't include any Window Title bar ... this is not an IA limitation.
If you want to release such kind of dialog, you have to define all the dialog controls required in order to replicate the same functionality.
Anyway, it could be not easy to replicate the minimize and maximize button behavior.
