What is new/fixed for 19.08?

Is there somewhere I can find out what was changed\added\fixed for for 19.08 that was released 4.03.2015?

List of Bug Fixes in InstallAware 19.08
- The DIFx Plug-In did not work if short path names were disabled on the target system
- The IDE did not warn when unable to save project-level changes to an MPR file due to missing access rights
- The File Bag Plug-In did not support Server 2003 and Windows XP 64 bit operating systems
- The InstallAware folder was not added to the environment path variable
- The Convert Case command editor window did not correctly initialize the state of its radio buttons when using lower case
