Dear User,
if the InstallAware help file is not damaged or corrupted (C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallAware X2\miae.chm), probably there are some problems with the "Microsoft Windows Help utility" executable (C:\Windows\hh.exe). You may try to verify if the same problem can be replicated launching other "CHM" files. If true, the problem is surely caused by the "Microsoft Windows Help utility".
Hope this helps you.
Regards

No problems launching other .chm files. Must have a damaged miae.chm.
How can I get another copy of the file?
Thanks

Francesco
Downloaded the file and it still is not working. I had loaded the InstallAware package to a mapped H: Drive so I uninstalled it and loaded it on my local C:, still no display on the right hand side of the help window. Is there a problem with IE11 and the help file?

Dear Ken,
it can't be a compatibility issue win IE11 ... I have IE11 installed and works fine.
Instead I suspect there is something with your system at the root of your issue.
