New Update Available

Hi Support Team,
I received a mail today that a new XE 3 update is available for download.
Unfortunately I was not able to get any information about what is included in the new update / what will be fixed / what is new.
For example I'd like to know whether or not my issue from viewtopic.php?f=2&t=10501 will be included in this update before I decide to install this update.
Where can I find such information?
