Failling to Install

Hi,

I have been trying to install an application and it has been failing with the attached error, please assist.

We have tried a couple of troubleshooting like; Checking Permissions, making sure the SYSTEM user has got full access rights, running the Installs as Administrator and manually created directories.

Dear Robert,

the error seems to be caused by the fact that a required files is not available.
Did you check if any installed Anti Virus is causing the issue?

AV's often corrupt/alter or delete the setup files that get extracted under the local TEMP directory.

Dear Francesco,

thank you for response, the customer has decided to reformat the machine. We will see how it goes after the installation is complete.
