Shortcut images

Thanks for your support.
Shortcut Image is not displayed on Wndows 7, 32 bit OS.
while shortcut image is showing up properly on Windows Win 7, 64 bit OS.

QC people did all kinds of testing on Clean machine. ( Means Fresh OS installed )
Appreciate your Advice.

probably it exists an error with your code.
