I have 2 installs , one doing the uninstall its has the repair , modify, and uninstall options on the second one instead of uninstall option its has DELETE. this is confusing to our clients how can I change the screen to say uninstall rather than delete?

if I haven't missed your question, you only need to modify that dialog using the Dialog Editor.
Precisely, you only need to modify the "Caption" property of that control (it's a radio-button typically).
