Dear Francesco,

Thanks for all your support.
We are using licensed copy of InstallAware X5.
We have released Beta candidate, there are about 5 - 6 peoples complaining
about InstallAware unlicensed copy display notice.
( please see the attached file for the exact message )
However it is not consistent.
Please help me.

as first;

Did you activate the product?

If true, did you activate the product using a correct license file?

*Each InstallAware version (including updates) requires a specific personal license file to activate the product and this should have been generated at the time when that specific version was available (by accessing to your personal account page).

Using different versions of license installers and trial downloads can wreak havoc with the IDE and the setup engine. Out-of-sync versions cause a lot of random issues with the setups purely due to engine/compiler/script version mismatches and cannot be supported by technical support.
