Bottom bar blue to black

When using an installer created with InstallAware Developer X6 there is a blue bar at the bottom of the installer (with the buttons on it). When you click the next button, the bar immediately turns black, the next page of the installer then slides in and it turns blue again. This happens on every page of the installer. Is there a way to keep this bar a consistent colour as it just looks a bit weird constantly changing colour?
