I use the Express version of X7 and cannot get a 64 bit installation to install to C:\Program File\myname. I have tried setting Target Folder to $TARGETDIR$\myname but during installation it keeps pointing to C:\Users\myID\myname. If I set the Target Folder to $PROGRAMFILES$\myname it points to C:\Program Files (x86)\myname. I have "64 bit operating system (puts setup in 64 bit installation mode" checked on the Application Requirements page.

Separate from this, what minimum operating system should one check for if one wants Windows 10.
