Installation Error (-2147287038, 1302 , 1728 , 1709)

We are using same setup from last 3 years. just changing product version and binaries of it each year. till last year msi is installing fine but this year installation is failed on 20% machines.
installation is pushed using software center of Microsoft using this command ("C:\windows\system32\msiexec.exe" /i 8.2_XXX_Client_67382.msi /qn).

Software center always return result as successful whether installation is successfully or not.
we check failed machines physically for latest version installation, machine does not contain latest version installation. it means installation fails on it, but still software center shows installation as successful for them.

Verbose logs are attached for your reference.

Can you please suggest. how can i solve this issue or take care of failed installation through software center.
We are using Install aware 18(build 1.29.14)

Issue is similar to
Unable to install MSI in silent mode with SYSTEM user

but only 20% users having this issue for 80% its installing fine.
