Windows Scaling above 100%

There was a post in 2017 regarding Windows scaling and a background image.

I'm currently running X8. Running the install on Windows 10 at 125%, 150%, and 200% scaling, the third dialog screen will display slightly larger then all the other nine dialog screens. All dialogs have been set to Height\Client Height: 500 Width\Client Width: 860.
If I run the install on Windows 10 at 100% scaling, all nine dialog screens are exactly the same size.
Is Windows scaling above 100% still an issue with InstallAware?
