.NET Framework too big

Hello,
I do not understand why .NET Framework setup is so big. For example, .NET Framework 4.7.2 offline installation setup from Microsoft is 80 MB. But .NET Framework from InstallAware is 500+ MB - clear compressed single EXE setup with only .NET Framework 4.7.2.
It is why I use Microsoft .NET Framework setup file included in InstallAware setup instead of .NET Framework plugin. Do you have any idea?
