Version X7 24.11 web based installation Dialog Editor failed

Hello support,
after the web based installation of version X7 24.11 i want to install der dialog editor.
The installation aborts with the message:
Download of Installation data from the web failed. Please make sure you are connected to Internet.
I am connected to the Internet !!
Try to resume the broken download / Download a new copy of the data instead
Both Options don't work.
Can anybody help me ?
