Single File Build Fails With "Cannot open file..." Error

Hello,
I recently installed X6 Studio on a new machine and find that on only this one machine the build process is failing. I've attempted to search for similar problem reports on the forums but found only very limited mention. The process seems to almost reach its end and then I see:
Compressed setup files
Prepared SFX data
Error during build: Cannot open file "C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallAware X6\{85....
Things I've tried:
1. Uninstall and reinstall InstallAware
2. Build to a custom path or build to the project folder
3. Run InstallAware as Administrator
I do have several other machines where the same InstallAware project runs to completion successfully.
