InstallAware (free) won't run from VisualStudio IDE

Hi,
I've just installed InstallAware free edition for use with VisualStudio 2019 to evaluate it. In Visual Studio I now see the InstallAware tool bar, but when I select "Launch InstallAware" I get the following error:

InstallAware Free Edition

InstallAware Free Edition requires Visual Studio.
InstallAware Free Edition cannot be launched outside of Visual Studio.
To change your edition:
1. Uninstall InstallAware Free Edition.
2. Re-run your existing InstallAware setup and choose your new edition.
(You do not need to download InstallAware again)

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing InstallAware. The tool is not much good if I can't run it. Please help?
