Hello,
I am updating a previous install for a new version. One of the files has been updating but when installing I am getting the error "Error writing to file <filename>. Verify that you have access to that directory.
The difference between the old and new file is that the new file is over 2GB while the previous one was under 2GB.
Is there a file size limit in InstallAware? I am installing to a 64-bit Windows 10 machine that has 45GB free.
Any ideas on how to get around this? Is there a setting that I am missing?
Thanks
Frank

Re: error writing to file
I don't think this has to do with the file size. Due the error message, It's most probably an issue with file\folder privileges ...I suppose.
