Our development team upgraded our floating license to X11 Admin Studio back in February. We succefull installed X11 at the time. I am moving to a different computer and trying to install X11 there but the license won't activate.

I have re-generated the licenses but that did not help.

This was purchased by the USDOT FMCSA. The purchaser was Richard Kim (Federal Motors Carrier Safety Admn MC-RID).

What steps am I missing.

It would be probably better to contact support for this (support@installaware.com). Please also report the exact description of the error received when activating the product.
