I am attempting to reinstall X13, having previously chosen to cache the downloaded files.

However, when I run the executable that is in the cache folder with no Internet connection, the installer refuses to progress beyond the base files installation, reporting that download has failed.

Further, if the installer can access the Internet, it ignores the existing content of the cache folder (even if again directed to use this folder as the cache location), and downloads all the files again.

How do I direct the installer to NOT attempt to download from the Internet, but rather to use the files already in the same folder as the executable (or a specified cache folder)?

Yiou have to copy the web installer (the one you downloaded and used to install IA X13) into the same folder where you selected to store the backup components. Then finally, run "InstallAware_x!3.exe" from there.
