Unable to change features in my installation

Hi,
We have bought a Studio license last year.
At this time, dialog editor was installed, and I've modified many dialogs.
Today, I wanted to modify again one of the dialogs to add choices to a combobox.
Installaware told me that Dialog Editor is not installed (??? didn't modify anything at all on the computer...) and that I should install it by running the Modify/update/repair from programs and features.
I've launched the setup, selected Dialog Editor to be installed (I truly can not understand why it is not installed anymore...), but now I do have that error every time I try :
What am I doing wrong ? (ofc computer has acces to internet since I'm writing this message on it)
And why did the Dialog Editor uninstalled itself ?
