Stop myah15.cpl in C:\Windows\System32

Is there any way to stop the creation of these files? myah[xx].cpl in C:\Windows\System32

Our AV software detects this behavior and terminates the installer. Since each installer has a different temp path and name depending on the version, there's no good way to whitelist.

Thanks

Such files are "just" temporary files generated during the installation process. Typically, these get automatically removed at the first successive system reboot. Obviously such files are necessary for the installation process.

If you use "Start Screen/Menu (Windows 8/10 and higher)" shortcuts, you may do a try using standard shortcuts instead.
