InstallAware Express and html progress

Postby AlanBell » Sat Apr 30, 2005 6:08 pm

Hello,

I am a new customer and I cannot for the life of me figure out how or where to put the index.html which will display during the progress Dialogs.

Thanks for your help in advance.

By the way, you need to make sure your file is called index.htm.

And a final thing to check is that your progress dialog contains an HTML control. Some themes have progress dialogs that contain a Flash control instead; although most have the HTML control. At any rate its very easy to replace the Flash control with the HTML control - just delete the Flash and drop the HTML control on your progress form.

Please let me know if you need more help.

Hey thanks alot!

I have to say I am really happy with your product! It's ridiculously easy to use. As soon as I can afford it I plan to upgrade.

Great stuff!
