I've recently started using Crystal Reports on a project at work, and the client has specifically requested XI R2. However, this package is not IA friendly (thanks to Business Objects only providing a bloated MSI or a strange MSM).
Anyway, I've posted on their forums in order to try and persuade them to co-operatate with InstallAware Corp in developing a native Crystal Reports XI installer script - which would seriously cut down on the massive amount of bloat that is currently shipped.
