The about box shows the latest build I have, but I can't find the latesst release build on the web site.

My laptop install is a later build than my desktop install. Both are running the same OS (Vista Ultimate)

I have no confidence in the hidden application updater.

Any suggestions?

Go to the downloads page on the main website and you will see that the lates build is 6.13.

I need the latest build number
for example:
My desktop computer is at Version 6.13 (Build cambridge_sp3.1407)
My laptop is at Veriosn 6.13 (Build ?_sp4.######)

I would try applying your license file to your laptop so that it reads Version 6.13 (Build cambridge_sp3.1407).

Go to myinstallawre.com, login and regenerate your license file and run it on your laptop and see if that does not correct the problem.

We do not have a "Veriosn 6.13 (Build ?_sp4.######)" build - did you have a screenshot available to show us how you got this number?

I didnt mean that build number literally.
It turns out that my laptop is at version 6.0 sp4

I do not leave it running 24x7. How do I force an update?

Download the latest version from here:
http://www.installaware.com/downloads-p ... nloads.htm

Then go to http://www.myinstallaware.com
recreate your license file, download and install.

It turns out that my web server was not allowing the .7zip file extension to be accessed. I renamed the files to *.bin rebuilt the setup and everything worked fine.
