InstallAware

Please forgive the basic question, I just can't seem to get web updates working. Could someone please provide a simple, step-by-step, set of instructions to get web updates working. For example, I have a single executable file which I would like to have depolyed using InstallAware. Updates would then be posted on a public web site. I have downloaded an evaluation of the current version of InstallAware and am trying to see if it can meet my simple needs. If possible, please provide all steps, starting with a blank project, which make up the minimum amount of effort required to make this work. Thanks.
