Can Microsoft host the .NET Framework?

Hello,
I'm currently evaluating IA and I'm curious if I can have Microsoft host the framework download instead of hosting it on our servers.
It appears that IA wants to use a version of the framework that is repackaged by the tool, as when I put in the Microsoft direct link I get a message stating that it will not uncompress correctly.
Is there anyway around this, or does IA need a version of the framework that is packaged by itself?
Here is the link that I would like to use for .NET 2.0:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=37283
thanks,
