Compression level from miabuild.exe

Postby djm » Mon Mar 12, 2007 4:55 pm

There doesn't appear to be an option to control compression level from the miabuild.exe command-line. Is that the case?

Correct; compression level configuration is taken from your project file.

It would be a handy configure option to allow the setting of the compression level from the command line. You can develop a project in the IDE and then release it to build/qa automation and allow command-line options to be passed to build a faster test build with less compression or a slower fully compressed release build.

I'll send a note to our dev team.

Thanks!
