How to Upgrade: If you are a trial user, simply download and install the latest trial version from the public website. Your old version will be removed automatically.

If you are a licensed user, in addition to the step above, log on to your private customer account, regenerate your license, and install it on top of the latest trial version.

Licensing Changes: To better serve our customers while continuing to keep our prices at record lows, the feature sets available with each edition have been slightly modified. Below is the list of features that have been removed from non-Studio Admin editions:

Express: PackageAware. If you need PackageAware, upgrade to Studio Admin.
Developer: PackageAware, Compiler Variables. If you need Compiler Variables, upgrade to Studio.
Studio: PackageAware, Automation Interface. If you need the Automation Interface, upgrade to Studio Admin.

The Studio Admin edition retains its full feature set. Please email sales if you would like to upgrade your edition.

I would argue
To better serve our customers
that you should be adding product not removing part of the product.

I purchased Studio on basis it included PackageAware & Automation - now you are telling me if I want to update this package I would have to spend even more money at the next license renewal than I planned. I don't know how much the difference between license renewal on Studio & Studio Admin is but on basis it costs $500 different when purchasing new I will have to examine whether I will bother renewing. This is especially so considering the problems I have had with getting the GPO to work properly for last 6+ months which has only just been fixed.
