ICE03 Error in MSI Validation

In my project I try to start a service:

Control Service MSSQL$E4O: start on install [wait for completion]

If a run the Database Validation I'm receiving this error:
ICE03 Value exceeds MaxValue; Table: ServiceControl, Column: Wait, Key(s): ID_5bP1B61BB9B_15d

If deselect the 'wait for service state change completion' the command changes to: Control Service MSSQL$E4O: start on install
and the error disappeared when I run the database validation

Is this a bug? - I need to be sure that the service is running before I continue

Is this a warning or error?

It's an error. Also when I build and testrun it, it gives an error and the rolls back the installation...
I've buin thinking. Can it be that the 'wait for the servive to start' option is not allowed when the service is not installed by the setup itself? - The service has it own setup and my client has to make sure that its runs.

Actually, it seems like the engine is emitting incorrect MSI database information with that option checked. I have escalated to R&D for a fix.

This issue has been resolved - simply install the latest trial version (and if you are licensed, regenerate and reinstall your license).
