When setup has completed it has created a file cache under the folder:

C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\[INSTALL GUID]

I would like to know how I can:

1) Move this folder to a different location
2) Not have this folder created (if possible)

I have also noticed that on uninstall the contents are removed, but the actual folder isn't being removed. Is this a known issue?

You are most probably using a Web Deployment, IA Caches the files so that it can find them for a repair or a patch. I do not recommend moving or deleteing them unless you don't care about your users getting prompted for source folder locations during a repair or patch operation.

I am building a "Compressed Single Self-Installing EXE".

I noticed that there are entries in the Web Media Blocks page, which lists features in my install but I am definitely not building a web media install.

I still should be allowed to control where on my end users PC's files are written two. I also need to be able to tell them with surity the location of all files I write to their systems, and don't want to have to update this information each time I build a new install (because the GUID changes).
