Error during build: Unable to create patch database

Hi
I am trying to build a patch file and added a Patch Reference file which is my project's previous version created with IA (using same IA version)
I am getting above error and don't know what may be wrong here, since the patch reference file was created with IA using the Build Compress Single File option.
