Start menu shortcuts under Vista

Hi,
I'm a newbie to IA, so I apologize in advance if this question has an obvious answer...
In my setup project I create a number of shortcuts in the program folder of my app in the Windows start menu. I define the text for the shortcuts in the field Link Name in IA's Create Shortcut dialog.
I've just noticed that my setup produces under XP exactly the shortcuts I intended to create, but under Vista the shortcuts show not the content of Linke Name but the plain file name (e.g. "myapp" instead of "My Application").
Can anyone explain this? Is there a workaround?
tia,
Lutz
