Creating a Web Update

I am very new to IA and am using Studio 7. I've created a web deployent file and have all aspects of that working fine. I do though, need some
assistance with the web update process. Having read through the
documentation on the topic, I gleen a lot of information about the setup
details, etc, but the actual implementation seems to escape me.
What I am trying to do should be as simple as it gets.
1. After app is installed on End User's computer, each time
they start the program I would like it to automatically check
my website for a newer Executable for the program, in which
case it should download and overwirte the older one. Just
the EXE; one file only; 2,500,000 bytes in size, uncompressed.
If anyone can clarify or give me a step by step on this one
it would be greatly appreciated,
