Error on \"Windows Installer\" during application loading

I am trying to load a program built in Installaware 6.6 and I get the message "Error" only message while installing. It appears during the "Window Installer" application software loading. I have rebuilt my application and rebooted my computer with the same results. Any clues as to how to get by this error?
