Web Update - mia.lib not found

I am evaluating InstallAware 7. I finally found how to use web update, but something is wrong.
here is the scenario:
-I created a version (1.0.0) of my software and installed it on a computer.
-I created a newer version (1.0.1) and uploadet to website in the right place, I also uploadet updates.ini file to the right location.

When I run the shortcut to UNINSTALLLINK with "/update", a messageballon pops up and sais "an update is available" when I open the tray icon and chose download it downloads it and asks me to install it.
but when I want to install it, an error occures:
"This application has failed to start because mia.lib was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
and it doesn't update anything.
would you please help me?
Both older and newer setup packages work fine when I do a fresh install (not update)

Try rebuilding your project with debugging turned off.
