When I run the build I see all the information in the "Build Progress" window. After the build is complete this window closes and I can not finish looking at this data. Is this data stored in some file somewhere that I may review?

No, but you can output it to a text file if you run the command line build tool. Note that the build window will not automatically close if there is an error.
