ARP Entry not being removed on Uninstall

I have noticed that the Add/Remove Programs entry for our installation is not getting removed when the product is uninstalled.
Once you have uninstalled the application, the item is still in the list.
If you close and reopen the ARP, the item is still in the list but the icon has reverted to the Default MSI installation Icon.
If you try to click the Change/Remove button, I get an error saying it may have been installed, (as it has). you then get the option to remove it from the list.

Not to worry, It had to do with the title being modified in the wrong place in the code. so it was trying to remove a different application name.
