I like how I can specify the version information in the final setup exe. Is there a way I can set this via miabuild.exe in my automated build process?

Sorry, no...its the version that is stored in your project file.

Understood. Please consider this as a suggested new feature. :^) If I could somehow add this to my automated build script, it would be one less thing for me to have to do manually every time I do a release.
