$SFXPATH$, $EXEDIR$ and Web Install

Hello

I am trying to extract files from a .z7 archive, which is located in the same folder as my web install setup.exe. This works fine, for a normal installation e.g. from a CD or network share, but does not seem to work in the case of a web installation. How do I get this required functionality e.g. extract a .7z from a web location?
