Locale/Translation Issues

It seems that error messages and drop down boxes are not automatically translated using the localise option. I have tried manually looking for these error messages in each languages locale, but they don't seem to exist.
Is there a separate locale for error messages and drop down boxes? Below is a screen grab of the drop down box issue.
This occurs on every drop down box, they are all still in English and do not get translated and are not in a locale. Is there a way to access the text in these error messages and drop down boxes?

These are part of global installer strings shared by all your setup projects. You can translate them manually, or if you complete the Localization Wizard at least once, they will get automatically localized for you starting with InstallAware 9.

How do I translate these manually? I have checked the "Shared Strings" section and they are not in there. Also I have localized multiple times and they are still not translating.
Also I have another issue now. In the Shared Strings menu I can see original and translated text and everything seems fine, but when i run my project and select that language, that particular text is showing as not translated and staying in English. It's as if its translating it and not putting those translations into the project.
You guys have any ideas?
Kind Regards,
Devin Ruthven

Please check the Localization Wizard topic in the help file for localizing shared strings. Complete that process and let us know what happens.

I followed these steps when I completed translations first time around and have done it again several times to test. They have not translated the drop down boxes, pop ups or the about screen. Where can I adjust this manually? I have checked in the 'Shared Strings' but I can't find them in there.
Where can I find the error/pop up/about screens so I can change the text?

Does anyone have an idea of where I can find these text files so I can localise them manually?

Gotta bump this one up. These lack of translated files is holding up my installer and still causing a lot of issues. I need to know if there are any known issues with InstallAware missing translated files and skipping over them.
Why are a lot of my error messages not being translated? Why can I not find these locale texts in any of the exported strings? I have over 20 bugs relating to this problem and the lack of automatic translations in certain area's of my installer.
Sections not being automatically translated and missing in the locale.
-InstallAware about screen.
-Any error messages relating to the install.
-Anything appearing in the Firewall exception screen
-Setup cancelled mini dialog box.
-The text "Out of Memory" appears as blank in the "shared Strings" section.
If I could please get help on this issue as soon as possible, whether if it is via email or phone call or these forums that would be much appreciated.

None of the items you mention below are part of global installer strings. The about screen is never localized, its an about screen. The firewall exception screen is not related to InstallAware at all, not sure where you get that one. Installer error messages are coming directly from Windows Installer and they are determined by the main language of your package that the MSI file is generated in. Not sure what you mean by the setup cancelled mini dialog box, seems like that is not InstallAware either. Ditto for out of memory. You should provide screenshots for each screen that you think is InstallAware, because they actually are not with the exceptions as noted above.

Thank you very much for your reply on this issue, we really appreciate your help. I have another issue which relates to translations that you guys might be able to help with. Please check the screenshots below.
Notice that in the shared strings the text shows as translated, but when I run the installer it is not translated. What may be causing this?
Cheers,
Devinr

Here is another one we found that relates to the same thing. If you look in the previous reply you will see the top of the dialog reads "InstallAware Wizard". Where it seems it should be translated as shown in the shared strings below.
