Form editor doesn't prompt to save when File|Exit

If a form is edited with InstallAware's built-in form editor, and then under the "File" menu, you click on "Exit", you are not given a prompt to save changes. Any changes you made are lost. But I do get prompted if I close the form editor any other way.
