sql server script fails sporadically

I have an install that runs several sql server scripts.

I can run it one time and everything works, the next it fails.

So for example:
I build the patch
Create a virtual machine with my test data and execute the patch on it
It works
Destroy the virtual machine and re-create it.
Execute the patch and one of my scripts fail.

It is the same patch exe, the same server, and the same database.
And yet it fails sometimes and completes sometimes.

I am at a complete loss!!!!
