Uninstal After Patch is installed,the shortcut isn't deleted

I am using InstallAware studio admin 9
the install steps are:
(1)install the first version's productName.exe
(2)install the patch exe
(3)uninstall productName.exe from Control Panel

This occured:the shortcut(including DeskTop, start menu,and Quick Start) isn't deleted, but the uninstalling shortcut in start menu is deleted.

Anyone can help me to solve this problem?
