I have been trying to find information on how to check the filedates on both existing, installed, files on a target computer and the dates on the files in the installer, so that the installer can decide (as we want it to), during installation how it should treat the existing files (backup or not).
Is there any information on this that I have missed, I would be grateful if anyone can point me towards it.
