INSTALL DOTNET 3.5 SP1 and Sql Express with managementStudio

is there any setup which install microsoft.net framework 3.5 sp1 and sql 2005 with management studio
just one setup which detects also if its installed it skip
means one setup which contain sql 2005 or 2008 with management studio express and dotnetframework 3.5 sp1 as well
and if sql is already installed it skip installing sql
same for dotnet framework also if its already installed it skips

can u post a sample project file for this ??
