Installing ODBC for MS Access 2007

I have IA9 and I'm trying to install the ODBC driver so that our application can access databases created with MS Access 2007 (*.accdb). In the IA9 project I have checked the following Application Runtimes:
- Microsoft MDAC Refresh 2.8 with SP1
- Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1
Under ODBC I added a new driver:
- Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb)
The installation procedures hangs during "Installing ODBC components".
More information:
The test computer is running XP Professional SP3 and I'm logged in as an Administrator.
The project was created in a computer running Windows 7.
The installation log is attached.
Any suggestions?
