Small Bug: Features Selection Dialog

If you select a feature and set it disabled, it will correctly disable any children features.
However, if you then select a child feature and set it to install, it does not correctly set the parent feature to install too - this can lead to confusion.
Also it would be nice if Run From CD and Required Features (so you can not set the feature to not install) was available. Run From CD should be optional, and would be passed using a different variable (set the content to CD?) - the developer could then do their magic (e.g. write a different registry key etc).
